7.3 Million Scoville Heat Units

This is the hottest chilli extract on the market! It is nearly 3,000 times hotter than Tabasco Sauce.
Warwick University HRI tested the enclosed chilli extract on the 23/05/08 for The Chilli Pepper Company and confirmed it had a staggering 7.3 Million (7,324,923) Scoville Heat Units. Use this extremely hot ingredient as a food additive and not to be directly ingested.
